Sameer Bhat

Sameer is a digital transformation specialist helping state government clients solve business and technology challenges to better serve their constituents.  He leads our Child Care and Early Learning national practice. He is also Deloitte’s Salesforce National Lead for all State Government work. Sameer's project work in Children Services has led to improved outcomes for over 500,000 children across 5 different states. This was achieved through improved data capture, reduction of administrative burden on state staff and accurate reporting to drive policies.
