Sam is the national managing director and leader for SOX Readiness. He is responsible for SOX Readiness strategy and execution in the U.S., including go-to-market approach, delivery of services, and maximizing the multidisciplinary model. Sam also supports broader leadership of Business Controls Advisory within Assurance. Leveraging a mix of on-call, outsource, and cosource delivery models, Sam advises organizations on accounting, controls, and reporting matters.
