Sandy has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational corporate clients on various issues relating to investing and operating in China, including market-entry strategies and cross-border structuring planning. Sandy also has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience working with Chinese executives in navigating US investment environment and has consulted on numerous acquisitions regarding all aspects of the transaction.
