Rohit brings more than 25 years of Life Sciences consulting experience, specializing in Cell & Gene Therapies. He has guided multiple CGT companies through the clinical-to-commercial journey, designing end-to-end Digital Value Chains for individualized therapies. His work spans Commercial, Supply Chain, and Quality functions - helping organizations design, operationalize, and digitally enable their business models and processes. His experience covers both autologous and allogeneic therapies across Oncology, Hematology, Endocrinology, Autoimmune, and Neurology therapeutic areas.
