She is recognized for her extensive knowledge and experience in supporting states through large-scale catastrophic disasters and has led state and federally funded initiatives, including Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance, Hazard Mitigation, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Inflation Reduction Act, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, among others.
