Roland Baroni

Roland is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he serves as chief risk officer (CRO). A member of the executive leadership team, Roland has responsibility for risk management strategy and operations.

Roland leads a network of senior Quality and Risk Management professionals focused on operational risk mitigation associated with contracting, service delivery, and the development of new offerings and innovations. He also has primary responsibility for enterprise risk management, including brand protection, reputational risk, conduct risk, external communications, confidentiality & privacy, and ethics & compliance.

Roland joined the firm in 1999, serving clients in numerous industries as part of our Human Capital practice. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross, where he has served as a member of the Board of Trustees. He is a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association and has served his local community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
