Richard Longstaff

Richard Longstaff is a managing director within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, and has more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international extractives, infrastructure, energy, and utility development in public and private sectors. He has led a range of mining, power, oil, and gas sector reform and investment programs across more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
