With over 20 years of experience, she has partnered with clients to drive service innovation, cost optimization, and performance improvement. Her expertise spans sourcing and location strategy, business process redesign, global captive center setup, and large-scale talent rebadge initiatives. As Lead Engagement partner for a 1,100-FTE global operation, she has built operational excellence from the ground up, including the establishment of two new capability centers. Her holistic approach, integrating process, domain, digital, and analytics capabilities, consistently delivers superior results for clients.
Before joining Deloitte, Radhika held leadership roles at Genpact, where she spent 14 years transforming service delivery for Fortune 500 companies and delivering significant P&L savings. Previously, she was an M&A investment banker at JPMorgan and a private equity investment professional at Calera Capital. She holds an MBA from Columbia University.
