Pruthav Joshi is a Technology Fellow at Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering within Human Capital. As the global leader of Deloitte’s SimplrOps solution, he and his team help clients and consulting practitioners maximize value from Cloud HCM and ERP investments, focusing on adoption and growth strategies. Pruthav drives Deloitte’s Product+ initiative, bringing firm-developed solutions to clients as licensable products. Prior to Deloitte, he was founder and CEO of SimplrOps, which was acquired by Deloitte in January 2025 after seven years of his leadership. He also supports startup founders through his role with Founders Network.
