Philip Hueber

Phil, a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, leads Deloitte’s US Chemical M&A practice. Phil has more than 15 years of experience at Deloitte. Phil focuses his efforts in the chemical sector assisting companies and private equity clients looking to invest in the sector with both cross-border and US-based transactions in conjunction with acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, spin-offs, and joint ventures. Phil is also the lead author of Deloitte’s annual Global Chemical M&A Outlook.
