Paul J. Kim

Paul J. Kim is a Managing Director at Deloitte specializing in Cybersecurity Operations. Over two decades, he has defended leading corporations and classified government agencies, managed complex technology transformations, and responded to the largest cyber breaches in US history.

He previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer for JFK International Airport’s Terminal One, a $9.5B infrastructure project to create the largest international terminal in the United States. He was the Deputy CISO for New York City and the Head of Cyber Threat Management for all City agencies, employees, networks, and critical infrastructure.

He is an adjunct professor at City University of New York specializing in cyber resilience and law, a graduate of Wesleyan University, University of Pennsylvania, and Boston University School of Law, and received a U.S. Fulbright grant to South Korea.
