Paul is a managing director at Deloitte Tax LLP within the Equity & Incentives team in Los Angeles, specializing in global equity, digital asset, and long-term incentive consulting.

Paul leads the compensation offering within Deloitte’s Blockchain and Digital Assets (BDA) practice, actively advising token and protocol issuers on tokenized incentive arrangements to enable management to access, curate, and engage their talent models.

Paul also advises both publicly traded and privately held organizations on all features of incentive compensation, including plan design and implementation, global tax compliance, employee communication strategies, secondary markets, and M&A due diligence.
