Nirmal Jayakumar

Nirmal is a certified PMP with nearly 25 years of experience in implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions for large governmental organizations with a primary focus on Medicaid Analytics. He has extensive experience in the data warehouse systems development lifecycle, including project management, requirements gathering, architecture design, software and tool evaluation, solution development, systems testing, validation, training and implementation. He has also played a key role in helping many agencies enhance program integrity by developing analytics and reporting solutions that support fraud detection, compliance, and oversight.
Nirmal is currently leading an Enterprise Data Warehouse solution implementation for a state health and human services department and has successfully implemented these solutions for many other states as well. He has successfully implemented Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions for other large states including Florida and New York.
