Certified in Artificial Intelligence, Fraud Examination and Cyber Security, she has spent the majority of her career in consulting, providing services to Tech and Media companies allowing her to gain knowledge of the process, systems, risks and operating models for companies within this industry.
Prior to her current role, Niloo was Senior VP at a large entertainment company where she had both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Previously Niloo was a principal with Deloitte providing advisory and consulting services to various media and other Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on financial risk management and technology consulting services.
Niloo currently serves on the Board of Alzheimer's Los Angeles, where she has been an advocate since 2006. She also serves on the USC School of Risk Management Advisory Board and has been a guest lecturer on Crisis Response for the School of Risk Management since 2019.
