Nikolay leads Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and broader Tech Risk automation projects, teams and clients. Nikolay is a leader in Deloitte’s Tech Risk and TPRM practice, specializing in program design, enhancement and system transformation with over 19 years of experience across multiple industries.
Nikolay guides clients TPRM program design, enhancement, and transformation focuses on program optimization, risk management, and technology implementation. This includes both upstream TPRM focused on supplier/vendors, downstream such as customers as well as business partners as part of broader Tech Risk and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) client initiatives. Some specific focus areas include program transformation, risk management, technology implementation and automation (including AI/ML), and client solutions development. Nikolay leads automation team for our Tech Risk and TPRM practice and has delivered client solutions built on a number of leading technology platforms.
