Nick is a Managing Director in Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Consulting (“TTC”) practice and a CPA in New York State over 25 years of experience advising enterprise and tax functions on how to work smarter —and how technology can get them there. He works at the intersection of tax and technology, advising organizations design and deliver the process, data, and systems capabilities needed to operate in an increasingly complex global environment.
Nick's client work spans tax data management strategy, global technology implementations, and large-scale finance and enterprise transformations where tax needs a seat at the table. He specializes in the direct tax space, helping tax departments move from reactive compliance functions to proactive, technology-enabled organizations — integrated with the enterprise, aligned to business strategy, and built to absorb ongoing regulatory change. That includes advising on OECD Pillar Two operationalization, where data readiness and cross-enterprise integration are as critical as the technical accounting.
Increasingly, Nick is advising clients on the role of AI in tax — helping organizations think through where and how AI can create value within their tax function, and how to build toward that capability alongside broader transformation efforts. He brings that same lens to internal conversations at Deloitte, collaborating across service lines where tax, technology, and enterprise strategy intersect.
