Nick is a partner in Deloitte’s Philadelphia Business Tax Services group with over 30 years of experience in U.S. and international tax advisory. He works with large and middle-market multinational companies, including U.S.-based and inbound organizations, across life sciences, software, and technology sectors. As Deloitte’s National Tax Sector Leader for Life Sciences, he advises on biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device tax matters, including transfer pricing, IP migration, value chain management, licensing, acquisitions, and post-merger integration. Nick specializes in tax outsourcing, ASC 740, corporate tax compliance, tax planning, and uncertain tax positions. He has led tax functions for public and private companies. Nick holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and AICPA member.
