Naman leads large-scale IT and service delivery transformations that help state governments respond to changes in constituent demands, policy or regulatory updates, and make improvements in technology performance. As part of Deloitte’s AI and Engineering practice, he has more than a decade of experience specifically with health and human services agencies, where he has supported seven states with strategy, business process improvement, technology implementation, and AI projects to improve the delivery of services to constituents.
