Natalie Andrus

Natalie Andrus is a senior manager and the CIO Transition Lab leader for the CIO Program, part of Deloitte’s Executive Accelerators. In this role, Andrus delivers and shapes customized experiences that enable technology executives to transition effectively into new roles and build and lead effective teams. She is responsible for leading teams and developing experiences that facilitate strategic, actionable, and data-driven plans to maximize CIOs’, CTOs’, CDOs’, and tech executives’ personal success as they transition into their roles.
