Michael Tessier

A retired senior noncommissioned officer, Mr. Tessier brings over thirty-two years of experience in the Signals Intelligence and Cyber Operations community, focusing on Offensive Cyber Operations, Defensive Computer Operations, Network Exploitation Analysis, and Threat Hunt Computer Network Operations. He possesses deep expertise and technical understanding in SIGINT and Cyber operations, analysis, reporting, and training, with significant exposure to the Special Operations and Intelligence Community.

Throughout his career, Mr. Tessier has overseen multiple development programs for basic, intermediate, and advanced technical training content geared towards DoD and commercial clients. He has managed countless personnel within the DoD and commercial sectors, offering both project and technical leadership across several diverse programs.
