Mo Reynolds serves as Chief People Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP, leading the development and execution of the talent strategy to enable the overall business strategy, while creating a meaningful talent experience for professionals. She bridges strategy, talent, and operations within the full life cycle of talent, including workforce planning, inorganic transactions and integration, acquisition, growth, development, deployment, performance, and compensation. In today's ever-evolving talent landscape, she is modernizing how Deloitte attracts, develops, and deploys talent by pairing new technologies with a redesigned talent architecture, fostering competitive advantage for the business for years to come.
Reynolds has held a variety of client leadership and management roles in talent, operations, governance, internal control assessments, risk management, compliance, and finance. She most recently served as Deloitte’s Board Secretary for the Deloitte US Board of Directors.
Reynolds has helped organizations navigate major change – including digital transformations and post-merger integrations – through risk, compliance, and governance solutions, as well as impactful talent strategies, employee experiences, financial strategies, and transformation efforts.
She believes that as a leader, how you make people feel matters just as much as what you say or do. A self-described ‘heart and heart’ leader, she pushes others to take chances, think big, and lead outside their comfort zone, while keeping sight of genuine collaboration across levels.
Reynolds is a graduate of Fairfield University where she received a BS in Finance and Marketing. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Catalyst, Fairfield University’s Dolan School of business Advisory board and Gartner’s CHRO Governing Advisory Board. Outside of Deloitte, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
