Maureen Medlock

Maureen partners with senior executives across the country’s largest healthcare organizations including health plans, provider systems, and integrated delivery networks to lead enterprise-wide transformation. Her work focuses on redefining how organizations operate and create value in an increasingly AI-enabled landscape.

She specializes in translating strategy into execution,  rearchitecting work, workforce, and operating models to drive business performance and improved health outcomes. With over 20 years of experience, Maureen brings deep expertise in designing and implementing global operating model and organizational transformations, workforce strategy, and large-scale change.

Maureen works closely with leadership teams to move beyond traditional, siloed structures toward more agile, product- and platform-based models that are built for scale. She is particularly focused on helping organizations embed AI into core processes, redefine roles and capabilities, and enable new ways of working that unlock productivity, speed, and innovation.

She is recognized for her leadership in culture and behavior change, aligning organizations around a clear transformation agenda and activating it at scale. Maureen brings a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach, combining strategic insight with disciplined execution to deliver measurable impact across complex healthcare environments.

Maureen has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Maureen lives in Golden, CO with her husband and 11 year-old twins, where they enjoy outdoor adventure!
