Mike Stoler

Mike is a principal and leader of Deloitte’s IT Outsourcing Advisory practice, with deep expertise in third-party management. Mike focuses on the third-party impact of transformation, and has deep experience in IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, shared services, offshoring, third-party risk and compliance, and the third-party impact of inorganic business events such as mergers and divestitures. He helps clients navigate the regulatory, commercial, contractual, technical, and business impacts of working with both vendor and non-vendor third parties, and has driven substantial savings as a result.
