Mike has more than 30 years of experience specializing in providing internal audit, IT, operational and accounting-related consulting and assurance services in the manufacturing, consumer and technology industries. His experience encompasses application and general computer control procedures, including information and cyber security, systems development and network systems architectures. He has deep experience in measuring, monitoring and remediating Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance and has delivered Service Organization (SOC) attestation services. He also leads several engagement teams in the evaluation and implementation of SAP and Oracle Fusion/Cloud configurations and controls supporting internal control attestations and is a registered CPA in state of Texas.
