Michael McCallen

Michael McCallen is a managing director within Deloitte’s health care strategy practice, with a focus on enterprise transformation. He has more than 20 years of experience in next-generation health care models powered by technology innovations and is a co-author of Deloitte’s Future of Health perspective. McCallen has advised on a wide range of strategic issues, including corporate strategy, operating model design, operations design, mergers and acquisitions, member experience, new product introduction, competitive market assessments, and process management and improvement. He holds an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a BS from Cornell University.
