Michael is a managing director in Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Real Estate practice with more than 20 years of experience. He leads the Infrastructure & Real Estate Technology market offering, facilitates Deloitte’s annual FoREsight Real Estate Strategy conference, and oversees a variety of alliance and marketplace relationships with leading solution providers.
His passion is technology enabled transformation for corporate real estate organizations. He is a specialist in the implementation of industry leading enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace management solutions. He is a TRIRIGA Certified Professional, a LEED Accredited Professional, and an architect by trade.
He has served organizations across industries and global markets. His specialties include Real Estate, Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Capital Projects, Space & Move Management, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM), Smart Buildings and Master Systems Integration.
He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame as well as a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. When he's not engaged with his clients, Michael enjoys traveling with his family, golfing with his friends and driving around town in his vintage Jeep.
