Michael Dupill

Michael advises on general corporate tax matters and corporate restructuring and reorganization transactions. He serves financial and strategic acquirers on buy-side and sell-side transactions involving corporations. Michael’s areas of specialization include general corporate tax, transaction structuring, pre-sale preparation, and post-acquisition integration tax work. Prior to joining Deloitte's Washington National Tax practice, Michael was a member of Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions, and a member of Deloitte's International Tax group.

He is a frequent speaker at Deloitte Tax client events and has spoken at Tax Executives Institute meetings.

Michael earned his BS from Stonehill College and his MS in taxation from Northeastern University.
