With more than 25 of experience, Matt has a particular focus on the retail health care industry, assisting clients in developing broad risk management strategies, control frameworks, and internal audit services.
As the leader of Deloitte’s Regulatory & Compliance services, Matt advises clients on innovative tools and methodologies for managing the regulatory compliance lifecycle. He has advised clients on their integrated risk management programs and has developed tools and accelerators including Deloitte’s Risk Intelligence Map, a framework adopted by some of the world’s largest organizations to help them enhance their risk management capabilities.
