Matthew is a principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Finance & Treasury Transformation practice. He serves as engagement leader across multiple concurrent client programs and leads Deloitte's US alliance relationship with Kyriba, where he helps clients achieve treasury modernization through technology and process transformation.
With more than 15 years of treasury and treasury technology experience, Matthew has advised clients and led execution across a wide range of complex scenarios, including M&A integrations, strategic transformations, cost optimization mandates, and large-scale TMS implementations. He has deep expertise across all areas of treasury—cash management, payments, intercompany, debt and investment accounting, and bank connectivity—and brings a hands-on delivery background to every engagement he leads.
Matthew currently oversees a portfolio of active programs spanning treasury modernization, system implementations, and go-to-market alliance strategy all focused towards meaningful client outcomes.
Prior to his current leadership role, Matthew served as lead project manager and advisor on numerous large-scale treasury technology implementations, giving him both the strategic perspective and operational depth to guide clients from design through execution.
Before joining Deloitte in 2010, Matthew worked at a large energy company as a key member of the Business Analytics team. He earned his BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
