Matt is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Forensic, Discovery & Financial Crime practice, bringing over 19 years of consulting experience across both commercial and federal e-Discovery and disclosure processes. He possesses deep expertise in post-processing review workflows and analytics, database template design and management, and the development of innovative workflow solutions to address even the most complex discovery and disclosure challenges.
In his current role, Matt acts as project manager for several large-scale federal agency engagements, providing leadership to contract implementation teams and overseeing the end-to-end strategic planning and technical configuration for Deloitte’s SecureRelease platform. As the business lead for SecureRelease, Matt drives the overall product roadmap and collaborates with diverse stakeholders to inform solution design, guide technology strategy, and prioritize product enhancements and new capability development.
