Melanie Hamilton

Melanie is a managing director in Deloitte’s ad sales and ad tech practice. She is responsible for enabling growth and shaping Deloitte's portfolio of services for both sell side and buy side stakeholders in the advertising industry.

Before joining Deloitte, Melanie served as Head of Enterprise Sales at a multinational telecommunication, media and entertainment conglomerate from 2019 to 2025. In that role, she led media strategy, sales operations, and direct sales across automotive, programmatic, addressable, remnant, and media and entertainment verticals. Prior to this, Melanie spent over a decade at one of the worlds largest platform companies creating go to market blueprints across assets such as Search, Display, Video Platform, and technology.
