Mekhala is a leader in the AI & Engineering offering portfolio, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in technology strategy planning (AI, data & analytics, technology lifecycle management, application management services), implementation and operationalization.
Mekhala is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting's AI & Engineering practice, based in the Bay Area. She holds dual leadership roles: as Global Lead Alliance Partner for Dataiku, she drives go-to-market strategy, sales, and solutioning across all industries and internal Deloitte adoption; and as a Healthcare Sector Delivery Leader, she is responsible for planning, implementing, and operationalizing large-scale strategic technology initiatives for clients. Before Deloitte, she spent over a decade driving data & analytics and technology lifecycle transformation at a major healthcare organization. Earlier, she built her technical foundation as a hardware and embedded software engineer.
