As a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP, Mike and his team specialize in defining, building, and operating technology platforms and agentic AI solutions that drive differentiated customer and commercial outcomes across every touchpoint of the Front Office, from growth strategy and brand to commerce, sales, and service. Mike leads the convergence of Advise and Operate capabilities to help clients reimagine their Front Office in a world where AI agents are rapidly transforming how customers engage, decide, and transact.
For over 25 years, Mike has connected strategies to global information technology architecture and led transformations across industries—primarily data-driven, AI-enabled commercial experiences for customers and patients. Previously, Mike led Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice.
