Matt is the offering leader for Deloitte’s Human Performance & Learning practice. With more than 20 years of experience in organizational learning and talent development, he has a proven track record in shaping and executing talent strategies, including leadership and professional development.

He is responsible for defining and implementing talent strategies that help clients identify future skills needs, develop critical workforce skills, such as Gen AI, and transform how organizations support employee career growth through effective and efficient scalable solutions. 

Prior to joining Deloitte, he led Learning & Talent Development at both Capital One and USAA. Notably, he established Capital One’s first corporate university and, at USAA, advanced frontline employee career development through a blend of education and hands-on experience. His experience addressing workforce skills gaps through targeted curricula, skills assessment, and career development programs resulted in both organizations being recognized by Training magazine (Top 125 Learning Organizations) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in their annual BEST Awards.
