Matt is an Audit & Assurance Managing Director with more than 15 years of experience serving both public and private clients primarily in the Financial Services industry. Matt has experience planning and executing multiple concurrent client engagements and specializes in initial public offerings (IPOs) and SPAC readiness and execution.
In addition to audit, Matt has worked on Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) projects, primarily focused on capital market transaction services including M&A transactions. He currently leads large and diverse teams with extensive knowledge of relevant authoritative guidance, including GAAP and IFRS as well as SEC reporting requirements for acquisitions.
Matt is a member of Deloitte’s National Audit & Assurance Faculty and has led and delivered national trainings on several audit topics. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Missouri and Colorado.
