Matt Metcalfe leads Deloitte’s Federal Transportation Air and Rail practice as a Managing Director. He helps clients leverage advanced technology and prepare for the future of mobility and aviation. His areas of focus include implementing technology solutions to accelerate system modernization, policy, and operational and technology approaches for introducing emerging transportation technologies, and operations research. He brings over 25 years of experience helping clients such as Amtrak and the FAA integrate emerging technology, gather insights from data, modernize infrastructure, build institutional capacity, and develop their national and international policy.
