Matt David

Matt is a leader in Deloitte’s Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A Transaction Services practice and has been an accounting professional at Deloitte for more than ten years. He has worked closely with both strategic and private equity clients on a multitude of transactions across industries and sub sectors. Matt has also assisted in the preparation of Pro Forma S-4, 8K and SEC comment letter responses, prepared vendor due diligence reports and performed diligence on cross border transactions. Matt also lectures quarterly at the UCLA school of law.
