Mathias Cousin

Mathias Cousin is a Managing Director, focusing on growth and corporate strategy issues, at the Boston office of Deloitte. Mathias leads the high growth biotech and MedTech practices in New England and Deloitte’s Next Gen Therapies Commercial & Corporate Strategy practice and has deep experience in helping commercial and pre-commercial biotech CXOs explore and define growth options, scale their organizations, and leverage technology to transform their business. He serves clients both on the commercial and R&D side of the business. He also serves as a mentor to pre-Series A biotechs and digital health companies. Mathias has led the Deloitte relationship with multiple biotech clients over the last 5 years.
