Mark Urbanczyk is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting. He has held various roles with the firm, including leading the government AI & Data practice and serving as the U.S. lead alliance partner for strategic technology alliances.
Over the past 20+ years, Mark has collaborated with various clients across industries to apply emerging analytic and AI technologies to achieve innovative data driven results. He also helped numerous organizations become more insight driven, establishing Chief Data Officer (CDO) and AI centers of excellence.
Mark has a passion for innovation and for building the analytics, data, and AI capabilities for the organizations he supports. At Deloitte, Mark has played a key role in the launch of the firm’s AI offerings. Recently Mark played a lead role in launching Deloitte’s Federal Health AI Accelerator. His commitment extends to nurturing the broader government data community as a board member of the Data Foundation.
Mark is a proud University of Maryland alum, receiving a B.S. in Decision and Information Sciences from the R.H. School of Business. He also serves on the Greater Washington D.C. Board of Directors for March of Dimes.
