Mark Bauters is a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP within the Private Wealth group.
Mark works with family offices, ultra-wealthy individuals and closely held businesses on tax, estate planning and financial matters. His practice has been focused on serving family offices, providing estate and gift planning, as well as providing various consulting services to family offices. His experience lies in serving family offices and has worked with families across the United States either advising them on how to form a family office or restructure their family office operations. Mark is a frequent external speaker on Family Office matters and is a member of the National Estate and Gift Tax Review team. He also formed the Family Office Advisory Council, which has created a network for family office CFOs and tax directors to connect as a peer group during the semi-annual gatherings. He also co-leads Deloitte's National Family Office Forum at Deloitte University.
