Liz Fratus

Liz is the chief growth officer for the Deloitte Microsoft Technology Services Practice, responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to accelerate sales across the global practice. She brings deep experience in go-to-market strategy, operating model transformation, sales enablement, and business development. Prior to Deloitte, she founded Torrey Hill Group, advising clients on transformational initiatives and global growth. She has also held leadership roles at venture-backed software startups, and led initiatives at IBM and Qualcomm. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas and is based in Austin with her husband and two children.
