She focuses on supporting organizations to improve performance and resiliency through practical solutions.
Lauren’s background includes transformation leadership both as a former airline industry professional and as a Consultant. At Deloitte Consulting LLP, Lauren works with major global airlines, providing guidance on navigating industry disruptions and operational complexities. Her experience spans back office and operational topics, including pandemic recovery strategy, cost optimization, HR process improvement, technical operations (maintenance) efficiency, and initiatives to enhance operational and cultural processes at airports.
Lauren holds an undergraduate degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she is a private pilot and enjoys beekeeping.
