Lauren Holohan is a Treasury Management Leader in Deloitte’s Strategy & Transaction practice, focused on consumer and wholesale payments. She has launched several co-brand and private label products across banks and retailers. She has advised on several payments / card M&A transactions from pre-close, through Legal Day 1, through post close integration. She has worked with global and regional banks on defining their go to market treasury management strategy from a product, technology, and operational perspective, inclusive of product launches (including digital portal launches), onboarding and servicing innovation, operating model transformation, and M&A transactions. She is on the Board of GreenLight Fund and Gemma’s Hope as well as part of the Women’s Impact Fund. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds her MBA from Emory University.
