Lane Warshaw, PhD, is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering (AI&DE) practice, where he serves as the intersection lead for AI & Data and Industrial Products & Construction. In this role, he shapes go-to-market strategy and helps industrial clients unlock measurable value from AI — across operational efficiency, customer experience, and enterprise capability.
With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Warshaw specializes in large-scale data modernization, advanced analytics, and AI transformation across supply chain, finance, and customer domains. He has guided dozens of organizations through the full arc of AI and agentic adoption — from strategy through deployment — designing and delivering some of the most complex modern data, AI, and agentic architectures in the industry. His work spans leading cloud platforms, best-of-breed technologies, and Deloitte's strategic alliance ecosystem.
