Laura Bernstein is a Principal in the Federal Human Capital Practice of Deloitte Consulting, hired in 2012. Ms. Bernstein has experience working with the Federal Government in a consulting role and has worked on a variety of projects focused cybersecurity behavior change and awareness and training, transformational talent strategies, talent acquisition, HR Business Strategy, and project management. Prior to pursing her MBA, Ms. Bernstein worked in the financial services industry for 4 years, where she gained general management and sales skills while managing commercial bank client relationships. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from The College of William and Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Virginia.
