He has directed numerous global programs across manufacturing strategy, greenfield operations, production model design, and large-scale manufacturing and quality system implementations.
Becher has led numerous complex global transformations for leading manufacturers in life science, ranging from operational model redesign to lab process efficiency Improvement, lab of the future, LIMS modernization, and QMS and MES deployments. He has perfected approaches to dramatically cut down deployment time and costs for these global programs.
