Kristen is a Human Capital Principal in Deloitte’s Energy & Chemicals industry sector. With 20 years of experience in organization transformation, she has architected and led change programs for digital transformations, ERP-driven transformations, and M&A Integration and Divestment programs.

Her consulting experience includes mobilizing and implementing complex business transformations and creating change agility for global Fortune 500 companies with domestic, international, and emerging market operations. She has worked across multiple industries and disciplines.Kristen is passionate and known for building clients’ internal change capabilities, which enable them to continuously adopt new ways of working in a compressed transformational environment. She has designed, activated, and governed digital portfolios and organization change management portfolios and supporting functions.

She serves as the Human Capital leader and transformational change advisor for several of Deloitte’s Energy & Chemicals client accounts in the US.
