Focusing on fiduciary tax compliance, Kelly has been involved in the transition of several clients including a change from in-house to outsourcing that involved talent acquisition, change management, the creation of new process and technology, large-scale data transfer, and specialized data security protocols. She successfully manages fiduciary engagements ranging from 400 to 50,000 tax return filings annually. Kelly completed a two-and-a-half-year assignment in Deloitte’s Hyderabad, India office to help establish a center of excellence focused on Schedule K-1 processing, building a team of over 60 tax and technology professionals that perform thousands of client service hours annually. Through her experiences, she is proficient in process and technology, effective virtual teaming, team training, and tax transformation.
