Kirti Jindal is a Deloitte Consulting LLP Managing Director in Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice, where she leads large-scale Operate engagements and helps shape innovative ways Deloitte supports Life Sciences clients in their transformation agendas. Her work spans E2E IT Operations, Business Process as a Service (BPaaS), and Engineering services, with a focus on reimagining how these capabilities are delivered to drive better business outcomes.

Kirti brings more than 20 years of consulting experience and has deep expertise in building and scaling Operate programs that advance transformation, cost efficiency, operational resilience, and margin improvement. She works across the full spectrum of Life Sciences clients—from large biopharma organizations to emerging biotech—helping them move from reactive operations to scalable, outcome-driven delivery models.
