He helps organizations modernize cybersecurity and manage AI and technology risk with pragmatic, risk-aware approaches that enable digital transformation while addressing rapidly evolving threats.

• Leads AI-enabled transformation for Deloitte’s US Cyber practice, focused on scalable and responsible adoption.
• Oversees Deloitte’s cyber innovation and assets portfolio—from product strategy and engineering through deployment and go-to-market—to accelerate measurable outcomes.
• Advises executives on governance, controls, and risk mitigation for GenAI and emerging technologies.
• Helps clients modernize infrastructure and cloud security to support digital transformation, supply chain modernization, and speed-to-market.
• Supports cost reduction and capability uplift by operationalizing secure AI and accelerating AI adoption within cyber operations to deliver faster, higher-value outcomes.

Kieran has been a leader within Deloitte’s Cyber practice for more than 20 years, with roles spanning Cyber Threat Management, Technology Risk, Mobile Security, Infrastructure & Cloud Security, and Emerging Technology & Strategy. He has also built and led strategic alliance relationships and serves in multiple account leadership roles across the financial services and technology sectors.
